PHILIPPINE E-PASSPORT ASSISTANCE

* New DFA Policy requires personal appearance to to those renewing/availing of the Machine-readable passports.
* Personal appearance are for pictures, thumprints,etc. We will provide you with  a special lane that reduces your time at DFA for only 30 minutes.

1.  New Passport - 1500 Php

Requirements for Adults
  • NSO Birth certificate
  • Two (2) Valid ID's - SSS, Voter's ID, School ID, Driver's License, PRC
  • NBI Clearance
Requirement for Minors
  • NSO Birth Certificate
  • NSO Marriage Certificate ( of parents )
  • Passport of Mother
  • Baptismal
  • School ID ( if any )
2. Passport Renewal  - 1500 Php
  • Old Passport Only
3. Lost Passport ( subject for 15 days clearing )
  • Affidavit of Lost
  • Police Report
  • NSO Birth Certificate
  • Two Valid ID's - SSS, Voter's ID, School ID, Driver's License, PRC
  • NBI Clearance
 4. NSO Assistance - 350 Php per document
  • Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
